基于USB数据采集模块的OPC服务器设计

Design of OPC Server Based on USB Data Acquisition Module

针对目前USB数据采集设备缺乏通用性驱动的现象,设计了基于USB数据采集模块的OPC数据访问服务器。该服务器采用CONTROX工具包来开发,通过Visual C++6.0环境调用相关的OPC运行库函数建立OPC服务器,同时由数据采集模块提供的API对设备中采集的数据进行读写。该设计方法在朗肯循环蒸汽透平动力系统试验台上得到了验证,并通过WebAccess组态软件连接所建立的OPC服务器,实现对该试验设备的本地和远程监控。

Aiming at the situation of lacking general drivers in USB data acquisition devices, an OPC server based on USB data acquisition modules is designed. Using CONTROX ToolKit, the server was developed. Through calling the related OPC running library functions under Visual C＋＋ 6.0 environment, the OPC server is built. In addition, the API supplied by the data acquisition modules was used to read and write the data collected in device, This method was validated in Rankine cycling steam turbine system tester. Through WebAccess configuration software the tester is linked to the OPC server, thus the tester can be monitored locally and remotely.
