摘要
对羰基合成反应的温度进行了研究。针对电加热类负载的控制特点,就数学模型的建立、高精度控制算法的确定、PWM控制方法的实现等问题进行了分析和论证,总结出一种对于一阶惯性环节加纯滞后类对象如何确定最优控制算法的分析方法,有效地解决了一阶惯性加纯滞后环节类对象易引起系统产生超调或者振荡从而使系统稳定性降低的问题。
The temperature of carbonyl synthesis reaction is studied. In accordance with the control features of electric heating loads, the establishment of mathematical model, the determination of high precision control algorithm, and the implementation of PWM control method are analyzed and expounded. Thus an analysis method to determine optimal control algorithm for the first order inertia and lag objects is summarized. The problem affecting the stability of systems, e.g. overshoot or oscillation of the system with the first order inertia and lag element is resolved effectively.
