浅议高职艺术类技能型人才的培养

Analysis on the Cultivation of Professional Talents in Arts in Higher Vocational College

高职院校艺术类的培养目标和模式与普通高校的艺术专业相比,其特点在于培养综合素质较高的技能型人才。为实现这一目标,要构建以专业技术、专业基础知识、专业前沿知识为核心的知识结构,同时还要加强产、学、研相结合,增强学生实践技能。

Compared to the arts specialty of universities, the characteristics of the cultivation object and mode at higher vocational training school is to train technicians with comprehensive qualities. In order to realize this goal, we should construct a knowledge structure with professional skills, basic knowledge and advance knowledge as a core, meanwhile strengthen the combination of manufacturing, study and research, and enhance the students＇ practical skills.
