On the Folk Innovation's "Do"and "Not Do"

民间创新是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,而民间创新的价值判断决定了它有自己的逻辑界限,它属于实用技术发明而不是科学原理创新。厘清民间创新的误区,坚持"有所为有所不为"的理性回归原则,才能促进民间创新的和谐健康发展。

The folk innovation is an important constituent of the national innovation system, but the folk innovation＇s value judgment dictates its logical boundary. It belongs to the practical technical invention but not the scientific principle innovation. After the folk innovation＇s erroneous zone is eliminated and the rational return principle of ＂for and not for doing things＂ persisted, the folk innovation will be promoted harmoniously.
