Analyzing the "Soft Law" Defects in WTO Rules: According to the Rules Concerning Less-developed Countries

虽然WTO的成立形成了具有强制力的法律框架,但在WTO规则中亦存在"软法"缺陷,特别是涉及欠发达国家的规则,"软法"特征相当明显。这需要从涉及欠发达国家的规则出发,对WTO规则中的"软法"缺陷及其消极影响进行分析并提出相关建议。

Although the establishing of WTO has build up the law frame with force, there have many ＂soft law＂ defects in the WTO rules, especially the rules concerning less-developed countries, and ＂soft law＂ character of them is very obvious. According to the rules concerning less-developed countries, the article analyses ＂soft law＂ character of WTO rules and some negative effects and gives the related suggestion.
