摘要
本文采用高性能的SHE-PWM控制芯片及带自举电路的驱动芯片,结合IGBT构成的逆变桥,组成了一种性价比极高的逆变电源的设计方案。并通过试验验证了该设计方案的输出波形好,性能稳定可靠。
This paper uses a high-performance SHE-PWM control chip and with the bootstrap circuit driver chips, combined constitute the IGBT inverter bridge, composed of a highly cost-effective inverter design. The output waveform good performance, stable and reliable. And be verified through experimental.
