欠发达国家可持续创造国内就业问题研究——基于最新研究进展的理论分析
摘要
全球化浪潮席卷下的欠发达国家如何可持续地创造国内就业?这是欠发达国家共同面临的一项重大课题。了解华盛顿共识体系之外的国际学术界如何看待南方国家的经济处境,看待它们的国内就业,对于面临相似困境的中国,不仅是有益的,而且是必要的。本文的理论分析以各发展中国家、部分发达国家和国际机构、非政府组织的学者、研究人员的最新研究成果为基础,从全球化与就业机会、经济增长与低就业弹性、失业贫困与体面工作三个方面展开,以期对解决我国在发展进程中的就业问题,起到"它山之石"的借鉴作用。
