On the Social Duty of Enterprises as a Spirit in the Time of Sharing Wealth

在构建财富共享的和谐社会的过程中,企业具有其他社会组织无可比拟的地位和作用。企业要承担社会责任、促进财富共享,必须做到:企业国家利益一体化,这是财富共享的企业社会责任基础;树立企业公民观,在享受企业公民权利的同时,承担与履行"社会公民"的义务与责任;关怀利益相关者,处理好与利益相关者的关系,保护利益相关者的利益。

In the process of establishing a harmonious society sharing some wealth, enterprises enjoy a unique position and role compared with other social organizations. Enterprises which take responsibility and promote the sharing of wealth must build up a self consciousness of enterprise citizenship. It is a foundation of wealth sharing that enterprises and the country have common benefits. Enterprises should take their obligations and responsibilities while enjoying their rights as citizens. Enterprises should care the beneficiaries, well treat the relationship with the beneficiaries, and protect their benefits.
