摘要 膳食中的反式脂肪酸80%~90%来源于氢化(或部分氢化)植物油。介绍了氢化植物油中反式脂肪酸的形成机制、膳食分布,并就其对妊娠、哺乳期母婴生长发育的影响做出简要综述。 Almost 80%-90% of the dietary trans-fatty-acids are generated from partially hydrogenated vegetable oils. This article illustrated the formation mechanism and their distribution of dietary source. Moreover, it gives an overview about the effect of trans-fatty-acids on the development and growth of pregnant women and infants during gestation and lactation.
