摘要
通过对北京市近、远郊十几个区县农村人群在家庭收入、乳品消费结构等乳品消费现状的调查,以及对近千份调查资料的归纳整理和对涉及乳品消费诸因素的分析,以期为有关政府部门和乳品企业针对深入开发北京农村居民乳品消费市场,制定较为完善的乳品产业发展战略和营销策略等提供一些参考依据。
The essay aims to provide reference basis for departments concerned and milk factories to further develop the consumption market in rural areas in Beijing so as to help make more perfect development and marketing strategy. The analysis is based on nearly 1000 questionnaires obtained from the survey conducted in exurb and outskirts in Beijing on family income, pattern of consumption and the related factors which influence the consumption.
