摘要
本文在GTO尖峰电压与外电路各参数关系的基础上,分别着重分析了阳极电流下降率和缓冲电路电阻对尖峰电压的影响,并给予了无分的实验验证。
The influence of the fall rate of anode current and snubber resistor on anode spike voltage was emphatically analyzed, on the basis of the relation between anode spine voltage and outer chat parameters, and ample experimental verification is given in this paper.
