摘要
考察不同产地知母中芒果苷的含量.采用高效液相色谱法,测定了12个产地知母中芒果苷的含量.色谱柱为迪马公司DiamonsilR(钻石)C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长为254 nm;温度为20℃;流动相为乙腈-水(15∶85体积比),(磷酸调pH=3.0);流速为1 mL/min.产自山西天镇的知母中芒果苷含量最高.本法测定知母中芒果苷含量简便、快速、准确,重现性好.
A method for the determination of mangiferin in rhizoma anemarrhenae from different habitats is established. HPLC method is performed on a Diamonsils^R C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column. The chromatography condition consisted of CH3 CN - H2O ( 15: 85 V/ V) ( pH = 3) with the detection wavelengh at 254 nm. The column temperature is at 20℃ and the flow rateis 1.0 mL/min. HPLC method is developed for the determination of mangiferin in rhizoma anemarrhenae from different habitats. The sample from Tianzhen owns the highest content of mangiferin. This method is simple, reliable, repeatable, and is suitable for the determination of mangiferin in rhizoma anemarrhenae.
