摘要 介绍一套多功能低温制冷实验装置的设计与实施.通过设计的调节站,该装置可以进行单级制冷循环、双级制冷循环以及复叠式制冷循环.装置的冷凝部分设有水冷和风冷两种冷却方式,实验时可以任选.装置内部最低温度可达到-60℃,能提供恒湿恒温的低温环境,可以对长4.5 m,宽0.5m,高1.5 m的空调器冷却设备进行性能测试的研究,同时还可以进行果蔬保鲜方面的研究.装置具有操作灵活、运行方便、功能较多等特点,可为教学、科研、制冷空调设备的开发、研制提供服务. The design and implement of a muhifunctional refrigerating system used for experiments are introduced. The system could carry on the single-series refrigeration cycle, double-series refrigeration cycle and cascade refrigeration cycle through the designed regulating station. It has two cooled ways in condensation parts: water-cooled and air-cooled. Anyone can be chosen for experiment. The lowest temperature of the system can reach - 60 ℃. It can provide constant temperature and humidity environment. The system can research for the functional test of the air-conditioner cooling equipment which is 4.5 meters long, 0.5 meters wide and 1.5 meters high. It can also research for preserving the fruits and vegetables maintain freshness. The system has more functions and it is operated agility and convenience. It could be a good experiments condition for teaching, research and development of air conditioning equipment.
