摘要
阿维菌素是经微生物发酵、提取的新型抗生素类杀虫、杀螨剂,其中B1 a为主要活性成分,具有广谱、高效、低残留和使用安全等特点,是当前农业害虫综合防治中理想的生物农药.对阿维菌素的发酵培养过程中溶解氧的影响因素进行了分析探讨,并通过分析提出合理的溶解氧控制要点.
Abamectin is a newly type kind of ideal biological pesticides at present. It is produced by microbial fermentation and extraction. It can kill pests or mite pests with the Bla as it' s the most activity. It is featured in broad-spectrum, high-efficiency, low-residue and the use of safety. This paper discusses the factors of DO during the fermentation process of abamectin' s cultivation and gives the suitable control point of DO in the producing process.
