溴氰菊酯在鸡体内的排泄、分布和代谢 被引量:2

摘要 用三种不同部位^(14)C标记的溴氰菊酯喂食产卵母鸡,观察它在鸡体内的排泄、分布和代谢,结果表明鸡吞食溴氰萄酯后24小时大部分都由排泄物中排出,一星期内排出吞食量的90%左右。溴氰菊酯及其代谢产物在鸡体内的各组织中均有发现,其中以肝脏、肠及肌胃中较多,鸡蛋中也有发现。溴氰菊酯在鸡体内的代谢,其排泄物中除有未经代谢的溴氰菊酯外,还有包括二溴菊酸和3-苯氧基苯甲醛在内的23种代谢产物。 Metabolism, distribution and excretion of deltamethrin in laying hens have been studied. The birds were administered orally with 20 mg/kg of 14C-labelled (dibromovinyl, benzyl or cyano) deltamethrin. The elimination of radiocarbon (14C) in excreta was monitored for seven days after dosing. The 14C, and 14Cα were eliminated rapidly. About 80% of the 14C was eliminated during the first 24 hr. after administration while only 65% of 14CN was eliminated. Tissue residues were very low with the exception of liver, gizzard and intestine. Residues derived from the cyano substituent were higher than those from the dibromovinyl and benzyl moiety. Egg yolk contained considerably high levels of residue, but none was detected in egg albumen. the excreta separated and identified by thin-layer co-chromatography with authentic standards showed that they contained unm;tabolized deltamethrin; 3-(2, 2-dimethyl-cyclo-propano-carboxy acid; 3-phenoxybenzoic aldehyJe and other 23 unidentified metabolites.
