优化工艺操作 提高草酸盐离心机运行效率

摘要 浙江华联三鑫石化精对苯二甲酸(PTA)生产工艺中采用草酸沉淀剂沉淀金属钴、锰离子,然后通过草酸盐离心机分离后返回主工艺系统重新使用。装置采用的碟片式离心机的喷嘴容易堵塞,文章通过优化工艺操作防止离心机喷嘴或机械本体的堵塞,以延长离心机的运行时间,降低装置新鲜催化剂的用量。 Zhejiang Hualian Sanxin Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. uses oxalic acid precipitator to precipitate cobalt and manganese ions in PTA producing process, and separate them with oxalate centrifuge to reclaim them in the main process system. However, the injecting nozzle of disk centrifuge adopted in the plant is easy to be clogged. This paper introduced the way of preventing clogging of centrifuge nozzle and basic machines through optimization of technological operation in order to prolong the working period of centrifuge and reduce the dosage of fresh catalyst.
