摘要
对“建设一经营一转让”（BOT）方式的含义、构成要素及各国的运用作了简单介绍，阐述了BOT方式在我国运用实践及所碰到的难点，并提出解决问题的一些对策。
篢his paper introduces the implication,constituent elements and the application of BOT across the world, and illustrates the practical application BOT in our country and its problems as well. It also provides us with some strategies and suggestions for solving these problems
