摘要
BY系列同步控制器是原西德机器控制系统公司(MKS)为解决电气传动的同步问题而开发的以微处理器为核心的单极控制装置。选配合适的专用外围扩充控制板组成的不同系统,可完全满足速度同步、位置随动和行程同步等应用场合。不但保证在长时间运行中从动电机无分离偏差,且能在升降速和制动过程中保证要求的同步精度。本文简略分析该控制器的组成原理后,提出了不同应用场合下控制系统的组合实例。
Synchronization controllers of BY series is a kind of monolithic control device whose key part is the microprocessor. They were explored to meet the synchro requirements for electric transmisson originally by German Mechanical Control System Co. (MKS). When the peripheral extended control interface for a special purpose is selected and provided suitably to form various kinds of systems, the aim of velocity synchronization in different applications can be reached completely. The result is that the driven generator hasn't separate deviation for a long time operation. Still further, the synchronization precision required can. be gained in rising, dropping and braking process of velocity. In this paper,the author analyzed the principle of formation of the controller and presented examples of formation of control sys tem in various applications.
