摘要
针对工业过程中普遍存在的二阶时滞系统,利用开关阶跃响应法辨识被控过程的特征参数,然后用文中所给的整定公式可以非常简单地求出PID参数,经过大量仿真实验。
The characteristic parameters of controlled process are identified for the second order time delay systems encountered commonly in industrial process by using switch step response method. Then the PID control parameters can easily be determined by using auto tuning formula presented in this paper. Vast simulations prove that the validity of the self tuning PID formulaes and the robustness of control systems are proved.
