摘要
系统重构阶段,合理安排各个火电机组的启动顺序对实现电力系统全停后系统的快速恢复具有重要的作用。文章使用模糊多属性决策理论来处理各种影响机组启动顺序的因素,建立了机组最优恢复次序的模糊多属性决策模型。采用模糊折衷型决策方法,对多个机组的启动顺序进行排序,得到机组的最佳启动顺序序列。算例的计算结果和调度人员的经验相符合,表明采用模糊多属性决策方法对火电机组的启动顺序进行优化是可行的。
The reasonable arrangement of the thermal power generating units' starting-up sequence during the system reconstruction stage is very important for the fast restoration of the power system after black-outs. Using the fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making theory, the paper handles the factors that influence the starting-up sequence of the power plants and established the fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making model of the optimal starting-up sequence of the thermal power generating units. The fuzzy compromise method is used in order to obtain the optimal starting-up sequence of the thermal power generating units. The result of the calculated example matches the experience of the dispatchers and this proves the feasibility of the fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making method in the sequence optimization problem of the thermal power generating units' starting-up.
