摘要
分析了轴承故障诊断中特征参量提取的不确定性,在综合考虑轴承发生故障时产生二次效应中的多个特征参量的基础上,首次提出综合利用模糊数学中的隶属度函数和灰色系统理论中的关联度计算的一种多参数综合判别方法。文章系统论述了该方法的计算过程,并成功地应用到铁路车辆滚动轴承的故障检测系统中,实践证明该方法算法简单且具有很高的可靠性。
The undecidability of the signal feature in bearing fault diagnosis is discussed in this paper.Via summarizing the fuzz mathematics and gray relational analysis and synthesizing the multiple parameters of the signal of the fault bearing in operating,a new diagnosis method is proposed.The algorithm is brought forth in detail.This method is successfully used in the railway rolling element bearing fault deteting on system and is proved to be simple and reliable
