摘要
选择Sm3+为掺杂阳离子,DL丙氨酸和L-谷氨酸部分取代甘氨酸分子,生长了掺杂TGS晶体。生长和测试实验表明,Sm3+:TGS晶体较纯TGS晶体易于生长,且对称性不变,是有应用前景的热释电材料。
By choosing Sm 3+ as doping cation, and through DL-alamine and L-glulamatic acid partially substituting for glycine, several doped TGS crystals are successfully grown. The growth experiments and the measured results indicate that the growth of Sm 3+ : TGS crystals are easier than pure TGS, that the symmertry remains C 2 2 and that this series of TGS are excellent pyroelectric materials.
