摘要
研究了泡沫陶瓷过滤器对灰铸铁成分、组织和机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:在浇注系统中放置泡沫陶瓷过滤器可以减少铸铁中非金属夹杂物的含量,使硫含量平均下降18.61%,磷含量平均下降7.21%,改变结晶和石墨化状况,提高流动性和机械性能。
A research is made for effectiveness caused by a foam ceramic filter on the elements, constitutions and mechanical properties of the grey cast iron. Experimental results show that the foam ceramic filter placed in the pouring system can decrease nonmetallic inclusion content in grey cast iron, having the sulfur content lowered by 18.61% at an average rate, and the phosphorus content lessened by 7.21% at an average rate. Consequently, the graphitization and the crystallization are improved, with fluidity and the mechanical property upgraded.
