THE SMOOTH SOLUTION OF THE SYSTEM OF SEMICONDUCTOR WITH TEMPERATURE EFFECT

考虑具热效应的半导体方程组的初边值问题。应用Ｓｃｈａｕｄｅｒ不动点原理和先验估计方法。

In this paper, we study the semiconductor system with temperature effect. The existence and uniqueness of global smooth solution is proved by the schauder fixed point theorem and a priori estimates.
