甘草煎剂建立胃动力低下大鼠模型的机制 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]初步探讨甘草煎剂建立胃动力低下大鼠模型的作用机制。[方法]将30只大鼠随机分为3组,正常组和模型7天组分别给予等体积的0.85%氯化钠和甘草煎剂(10g/kg)灌胃,模型3天组正常饲养。模型7天组造模4d后,从第5天开始,与模型3天组以相同剂量的甘草煎剂同时灌胃,直至第7天造模结束。末次给药1h后,用99mTc-DTPA溶液灌胃,并置于双探头SPECT下动态采集图像。采集完毕,勾画胃的轮廓,计算机运用自带软件处理后获得胃排空-时间曲线,通过曲线找出相对应的胃半排时间。[结果]模型3天组及模型7天组的胃半排时间比正常组明显延长(P<0.01,<0.05)。[结论]一定剂量的甘草煎剂能建立胃动力低下动物模型。 Objective To eplore the mechanism of making the rat model of gastric dismotility with the liquorice decoction.MethodsThirty rats were divided into normal group, model group of 3 days and model group of 7 days at random. The normal group and model group of 7 days were given the same volume of normal saline and licorice decoction (10 g/kg) , and model group of 3 days was fed group normally. From the fssifth day on, model group of 3 days was given the same dose of licorice decoction with the model group of 7 days at the same time until the end of modeling. One hour after last administration, gavage was done by 99mTc-DTPA solution, and images were collected by the dynamic dual-head SPECT. Outline of the stomach was sketched after collecting the images, then through a computer software, got the gastric emptying-time curve by which to figure out the corresponding half gastric empty-time.Results The half gastric emptying time of the model group of 3 days and model group of 7 days were significantly longer than that of the normal group(P〈0.01,〈0.05). Conclusion Animal model of the lower gastric motility can be established by certain doses of licorice decoction.
