摘要
对影响烟草愈伤组织尼古丁生成的因素进行了初步的研究。结果表明,愈伤组织经过继代培养,尼古丁的含量逐渐下降。吲哚乙酸(IAA)与萘乙酸(NAA)均可促进尼古丁的生成,但IAA的促进作用最强。光也能促进尼古丁的生成。
Factors affected nicotine biosynthesis in Nicotiana tabacum were researched. It indicated that the content of nicotine was decreased during subculture. Indole acetic acid (IAA) and naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) have the effect to be active nicotine biosynthesis, especially IAA. Light can be also active nicotine synthesis, and regulate nicotine biosynthesis in different way from auxins.
