摘要
对LR6100发动机曲轴采用圆角感应淬火工艺进行表面强化。研究了其对曲轴淬硬层、残余应力分布规律和弯曲疲劳强度的影响。采用此工艺,圆角处硬化层深度达1.5mm以上,残余压应力水平高且分布较好,弯曲疲劳强度大于2754N·m。
Induction hardening technique of joural fillets for LR6100 engine crankshaft was used surface hardening. A study was made of the behariour of this technique to effect on hardening depth of crankshaft and distribution law of the residenal stress and repeated bend limit in this paper. After using this technique, the hardening depth of joural fillets was over 1.5 mm, the retained compression level was increased and distribution was well. And it was increased by 85% average than no strengthening of joural fillets of crankshaft.
