摘要
对大功率柴油机采用主辅双进气道系统改善低负荷工况下的进气涡流进行理论分析和试验研究,并对进气控制挡板参数进行了优化。研究结果表明:在低负荷工况下,以螺旋气道进气为主,直流气道进气为辅,可以获得较强的进气涡流,达到改善低负荷性能的目的。
The effect of intake swirl at low load on the performance of high power diesel engine equipped with main-assistant double intake system was theoretically analyzed and experimentally investigated, and the parameter of intake valve plate was optimized. The results show that at low load operation condition, a stronger intake swirl can be obtained by giving priority to the swirl intake and taking direct intake as assistant, so that the performance of diesel engine at low load can be improved.
