摘要
针对机电集成超环面传动系统在传动过程中因啮合齿数变化产生的系统内部激励,给出了系统行星轮与蜗杆、定子间刚度随时间变化的刚度函数。将系统位移分为静位移和动位移,用分段函数及小参数表示系统刚度矩阵,导出了系统正则化微分方程。利用通解的连续性及正规解条件,讨论了系统在啮合参数激励下的稳定性,并用算例进行了证明和分析。
For the stiffness variety in mesh,i, e. interior excitation of the system,aroused by mesh teeth change in electromechanical integrated toroidal drive, the stiffness functions of planet between worm and stator of the system to time were presented. The system displacements consisted of static and dynamic displacements. The stiffness matrix was concretely expressed with subsection functions and little parameter, and the system differential function could be simplified into some isolated eigenfunction. The stability of the system was discussed by the continuity of solution and the condition of normal solution, which was synchronously proved and analyzed by an example.
