摘要
提出了一种反求技术,通过实测齿面印痕提取其数字特征,反求弧齿锥齿轮在实际工况下的当量错位,并通过载荷变化与印痕移动的近似线性,解决其多解性问题。提取了两组载荷下齿轮实际齿面印痕特征并反求了当量错位量。通过与理论值的对比与分析,验证了所求当量错位量的准确性。通过对齿面的再设计,得到了在实际工况下具有良好的啮合性能的弧齿锥齿轮传动。
A new inverse evaluation of equivalent misalignments was approached by using the numerical characteristics extracted from the actual loaded contact patterns. The approximation linear relationship between loads and deflections was applied to determine the uniquesolution of equivalent misalignment from multi-solution. By detecting the numerical characteristics of two sets of loaded contact pattern, the inverse evaluation of equivalent misalignment was validated to be accurate. The redesign was accomplished by consideration of the equivalent misalignments. The redesign can simulate the real operating mode and get better operating performance of spiral bevel gears.
