摘要
根据热带钢连轧机的工艺特点,及对精轧机主传动的要求,综述近代精轧机组引入各种措施,实现微张力连续轧制,特别是应用现代控制理论中的状态观测器技术,在按经典自控理论设计的“双闭环”控制系统的基础上,成功地把负载观测器当做实现不变性原理的手段,加上适当的网络作为外扰补偿器,组成带外扰补偿通道的复合控制系统,使精轧机主传动速度自动调节系统的抗扰能力得以改善;同时又不影响其稳定性,从而使精轧机组实现恒定的微张力。
Taking into account the
technological features of hot strip mills and the requirements on the main drive system of fine
mills,this thesis sums up contemporary fine mill systems and introduces a number of
measures to enable continuous micro tension milling. By applying the technology of state
observers and improving optimized “double closed loop” control system in the classical
automatic control theory, the writer succeeds in adopting the load observers as an invariable to
form the compound control system with an external disturbance compensation channel, in
which networks serve as the external disturbance compensator. This helps to improve the
antidisturbance of the automatic regulation system of the fine mill's main drive without
interefering with the stability of the device. A stable micro tension is realized in the fine mill and
mill rolling is enabled without loopers.
