摘要
用P.inui广西株经蚊传和血传接种4只猴子,让大劣按蚊每6小时吸血感染1次,连续数周,以蚊胃感染情况判断配子体的感染性。结果发现:本虫株配子体发育成熟的需72n+K小时;配子体生理寿命约12小时;配子体的感染性具有每隔2天,在后半夜出现高峰的周期性变化;血中大环状体百分比高峰与蚊媒感染高峰一致。
Four monkeys (3 Macaca mulatta and 1 Macaca assamensis) were experimentally infected with P. inui (Guangxi Strain), 3 by mosquito bite and 1 by blood passage. Batches of laboratory reared A. dims fed on the monkeys every 6 hours for several consecutive weeks after malarial parasites were patent in the blood. The engorged mosquitoes were maintained at a temperature of 25°+ 1C and a relative humidity of approximately 80%. Twenty to 40 mosquitoes from each batch were dissected on the 9th day after the infective meal, and midgut infection rate and oocyst index were taken as criteria of the infectivity of gametocytes. Blood films were take taken at each time when mosquitoes fed on the monkeys, and the number of various developmental stages of asexual parasites and gametocytes were counted.A summary of the results were as follows: 1) it took about 72n +K hours for gametocytes to develop to the stage of infectivity (mature stage); 2) the duration of gametocyte infectivity to mosquitoes lasted only about 12 hours; 3) the change of infectivity of gametocytes showed a 72-hour cycle, with the peak of infectivity occuring between midnight and dawn, when big ring-forms appeared in blood.
