摘要
在大型合成氨生产中,一段转化炉是主要耗能设备,对其有效控制对合成氨生产过程的能耗降低具有重要意义。由于一段炉炉管相互间存在严重耦合现象,采用常规控制立管间温度相差很大,严重影响了炉管的使用寿命,同时增加了能耗。针对此问题,结合工业现场的实际情况,基于HONEYWELL的RMPCT技术,设计了温度均衡控制器。现场的实际运行结果表明,此控制器在一段炉管排温度控制上取得了良好的控制效果,各管排温差大大缩小,延长了转化管和催化剂的使用寿命,提高了甲烷转化率。
On the basis of actual situation and reliable Honeywell and RMPCT technology, a constant temperature controller was designed. Result showed that the controller "affected well in temperature control on primary reformer tubes. The temperature difference between tube rolls was reduced significantly, the lift time of reformer tubes and catalyst was extended and the conversation ration of methane was increased.
