摘要 氧化锌纳米线是一种性能优异的新型功能材料,应用前景广阔。综述了氧化锌纳米线的常用制备方法,如化学气相法、电化学法、溶胶-凝胶法和溶液法,以及近年来新的应用领域和研究前沿。 As new high functional materials, zinc oxide nanowires with specific properties was reviewed. Preparation methods were summarized, including chemical vapor phase, electrochemical, sol - gel and solution methods. Moreover, the development prospect and recent new application of zinc oxide nanowires were presented.
