Classification,Integration and Transformation of the Supply Chain Option Contract

摘要 提出供应链合同的分类方法,通过设置合同的参数将各类带有期权性质的合同整合在一起,并采用举例的方式给出合同间相互转换的方法,为供应链决策者选择合同提供思路。 A kind of supply chain contracts classification is introduced. All kinds of supply chain option contracts are integrated by setting parameters of the contracts. An example is also illustrated here to transform one kind of contract to another, lightening the train of thoughts of supply chain decision-makers.
