摘要
该文在《浅谈新世纪实验室主任必须具备的三点意识》一文的基础上进一步论述了实验室主任在实际工作中努力实践三个意识应具备的能力与素质。
Based on the article ＂Three points of awareness for a director of fundamental laboratory in the new century＂,it is discussed in this paper to realize the three of awareness in the practical wok for a director of fundamental laboratory.
