浅谈实验室管理体制和实验室主任

Informal Discussion on the Lab's Director and the Management System of Laboratory

通过对目前我国地方院校普遍采用的校院二级管理中心化建制的实验室管理体制利弊因素剖析及这种体制下实验室主任工作状况的分析,提出了三个观点:第一,校院二级管理中心化建制的实验室管理体制,是我国一种从传统分散实验室建制向中心化建制过渡时期的好体制,第二,独立建制的中心化实验室管理体制,是一种比较好的替代制度,这种制度对已经确立中心化实验室管理体制的实验室来说,比校院二级实验室管理体制更具有优越性;第三,针对独立建制中心化管理体制下的实验室主任,引进市场经济运作模式,可以实现实验室主任的自我约束。

The management system of the centralized laboratory managed by two grades,university and college,（MSTG） has been popularly applied in local universities.The state of the lab＇s director working under the MSTG was analyzed.The advantage and unsuccessful factors of the MSTG were analyzed also. Three standpoints were reported： ① The MSTG is a good management system applied from decentralized labs translated to centralized lab.② The independent centralized lab＇s management system（ICMS） is a better replacing management system.This management system is of more advantage than the MSTG for the lab that the ICMS has been build.③ For the lab＇s director under the ICMS,it would be achieved that the lab＇s director can be restrained by himself after introducing the market economical operation mode in lab＇s management.
