摘要
超声检测技术是无损检测领域中的一种非常重要的方法,与其它无损检测技术相比,它具有被测对象范围广、检测深度大、缺陷定位准确、检测灵敏度高、成本低、使用方便、速度快、对人体无害以及便于现场使用等优点。本文在传统超声波探伤系统的基础上,将机械、电气、计算机与超声检测技术相结合,根据超声C扫描无损检测的原理,编写了小径管超声C扫描无损检测数据处理软件。实现了缺陷的判断、检测结果的存储和输出等功能。
Ultrasonic testing technology is a very important method of nondestructive testing field.Compared with other NDT techniques,it has many advantages such as the measured object is broad in scope,more depth of detection,defect accurate positioning,high detection sensitivity,low cost,easy to use,fast and harmless to the human body and to facilitate the use of the advantages of the scene. Based on the traditional ultrasonic detection system,combining with mechanical,electrical,computer and ultrasonic detection technology,according to the principle of ultrasonic C-scan nondestructive testing,this article programmed a small sized tube ultrasonic C-scan data processing software,realizing a flaw judgment,test results storage and output functions.
