中国图们江地区对外招商项目评价专家系统

An Expert System of an Evaluation on the Foreign Direct Investment Projects of China Tumen River Area

中国在联合国工业发展组织（UNIDO）的推动下举办了”‘95中国图们江地区国际投资贸易洽谈会”，该公共提出了116个对外招商项目。基于国际投资引力理论^（[1]）和模糊评价技术^（[3]），本文对一个评价这些项目的具有12个指标、三级指标体系的投资评价模型^（[4]）的专家系统进行研究。旨在解决评价指标体系中指标的权重分配和可比性。

Funded by UNIDO,'China Tumen River Area International Investment andTrade Investmant' was held in 1995. In the investman, 116 investment projects wereproposed.Based on the theory of international invetment attraction force and the technologyof fuzzy evaluation,the expert system of the investment projects evaluation model isdeveloped which consists of 12 standards in three layers in order to solve weight andcomparabness of the target system.
