摘要
根据全位置立向下焊接的特点和要求,在对现有各类焊条渣系的物理性能及工艺性能进行试验分析的基础上,通过大量的试验,确定了具有短渣特性的高氧化钛渣系及高发气量的微晶纤维作为电焊条的基本配方,并加入适量的铁砂,利用其在焊接时冶金化学反应中的放热反应,提高电焊条的熔敷效率.新研制的纤维素型电焊条,在全位置立向下焊时基本上满足了:(1)对熔池及焊缝成型的有效控制;(2)产生强的电弧吹力,大的熔深度,以便打底时可以保证单面焊双面成型;
Based on the analysis of the metallurgical and technological properties of current types of electrodes, a high titania content electrode with short slag and microcrystalline fibre, E8010, is developed according to the demands and characteristics of vertical-down welding on all positions. A kind of iron sand is put into coating to raise the efficiency of the electrode by means of the heat releasing in the process of metallurgical and chemical reaction during welding. This new cellulose-type electrode has fundamentally met the demands to control the appearance of the weld and the weldbath of vertical down welding on all positions. With high arc force and great melting depth, it can be used in one side welding for both side forming.
