摘要 以弹流润滑理论和高分子材料的粘弹性力学理论为基础,提出了一种计算弹流润滑条件下一对塑料与钢制齿轮啮合效率的计算方法.运用该方法,可以方便地获得任意啮合位置塑料动力齿轮与钢制齿轮副的啮合效率.通过大量计算发现:粘滞发热对塑料动力齿轮的啮合效率有重要影响;塑料齿轮在一个啮合循环中各啮合点的瞬时啮合效率的分布较均匀,变化较平稳;啮合效率受负载力矩的影响较大。 A method for calculating the gearing efficiency of plastic steel gears under the EHD lubrication condition is proposed based on the EHL theory and the visco elastic mechanics theory in this paper. Using this method, the transient efficiency of plastic steel gears at each point on the line of action is obtained. It has been found that the viscous hysteresis loss has great contribution to the transient gearing efficiency of the plastic steel gears. Also, the distribution of the transient gearing efficiency of the plastic steel gears along the line of action is quite even. In addition, the load torque M 2 has great influence on the gearing efficiency. As the torque M 2 increases, the gearing efficiency will reach a maximum value, after which it will fall.
