摘要
把一种快速求解非稳态弹流润滑方程的数值方法应用于微弹流润滑分析,研究了几种深度的表面凹坑在三种滚滑接触运动条件下的压力波动和油膜变化特征,指出不仅运动条件变化带来不同的润滑特征,而且不同深度的凹坑在不同运动条件下对润滑扰动的程度也不同.研究结果适用于零件表面点蚀后的润滑状态分析.
An algorithm for fast solving non steady elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) equation is employed to analyze micro EHL problems. The effects of surface dent depth on the variation of pressure and oil film shapes are investigated under different slide roll ratios. The results indicate that not only does the lubrication feature vary with the variation of slide roll, but also the lubrication disturbance changes with the surface dent depth. The results can be used to analyze the lubrication state of the surface of pitted parts, such as bearing, gears, etc.
