摘要
采用高温固相法制备尖晶石型锂钛复合氧化物,并对其进行Cr、Sn复合掺杂改性。通过X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、电化学阻抗、循环伏安及恒流充放电测试,结果表明,复合掺杂改性降低了锂钛氧化物的放电电压平台,提高了材料的比容量和循环性能。
Lithium titanate materials were prepared by solid-state method and doped by Sn and Cr. The samples were then characterized by XRD, AC impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic cycling tests. The results indicate that the doped samples show lower discharge voltage, higher specific capacity and better cycle performances.
