空气电极催化剂的掺杂改性 被引量:1

摘要 研究了在空气电极的催化层中添加其它化合物对锰系催化剂的影响,并在碱性介质中以金属铝为阳极组成碱性铝-空气电池,考察了电池的放电性能。实验结果表明,NiSO4和La2O3作为催化层的添加剂可以提高催化剂对氧气还原的催化活性,是空气电极较理想的添加剂,并通过正交实验得出高性能催化剂的最佳制备条件。 The effect of the compounds on air electrode was observed by adding some compounds to catalytic layer of the air electrode. The properties of aluminum-air battery with air electrodes were tested. The experimental results show that NiSO4 and La2O3 can improve the catalytic activity of air electrodes and enhance the discharge voltage of aluminum-air battery, They are ideal additives for catalyst of air electrodes. The optimal composition of MnO2 catalyst added by La2O3 in air electrode was obtained by orthogonal method.
