锡铋对铅基电极合金组织结构和性能的影响

Influence of tin and bismuth on structure and properties of Pb-based electrode alloys

摘要 从金相、硬度、析氧电压、阳极极化曲线及电极腐蚀方面,对铅酸蓄电池铅钙(Ca0.08%)电极合金中添加锡、铋的作用与影响进行了研究,对实验数据进行了整理、分析和讨论。实验结果表明:锡、铋在铅钙电极合金中的作用与影响有明显差别,且不同含量的锡、铋对合金的影响不同。 The effect and influence of tin and bismuth on Pb-Ca (Ca 0.08%) electrode alloys of lead-acid battery were studied by methods of metallograph, hardness, oxygen overpotentials, positive polarization and electrode corrosion, and the test data were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the influences between tin and bismuth on Pb-Ca electrode alloys are different abviously, tin and bismuth with different contents have different effects on electrode alloy.
