场发射平板显示器件亮度非均匀性校正方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 首次提出采用亮度不均校正的方案解决场发射平板显示器件中微尖阵列均匀性问题;建立了矩阵式平板显示器件亮度非均匀性校正的物理模型,并近似成相应的数学模型;给出了校正参量的优化算法,计算得到了由亮度非均匀性决定的显示器件的成品率与非均匀调制特性标准差的关系. In this paper, the luminance nonuniformity correction method is proposed to solve the uniformity problem of micro tips array on field emitting displays for the first time. The physical model of luminance nonuniformity on matrix flat panel display is established and the corresponding approximate mathematic model is established to find the optimized parameter. The relationship between the standard deviation of nonuniformities on micro tips array and the percentage of display devices, which fit the visual modulation threshold function, is calculated by using Monte Carlo method.
