摘要
应用电容传感器和相关分析技术,对常温、常压下内径为62mm垂直上升管中的水气两相流、油气两相流、油水两相流以及油-气-水三相流流量进行测试研究.同时考虑物性和流型对流量测试的影响,利用漂移流动模型提出了对以上两相流及三相流流量计算的计算公式.通过实验,证实了电容相关测试方法的可行性和可靠性.
The experiment of water/gas, water/oil flow in vertical tube by using capacitance sensors and cross correlation anaysis was performed. The fluid physical properties and flow patterns that affect flowrate measurement were discussed as well. Two electrodes are placed around a vertical tube to collect the fluid signals. The different physical properties and void fraction of flow result in different sensors output.Through the cross correlation analysis between up and down stream sensors, an equation predicting the flowrate is proposed. The feasibility and reliability of this measuring method are verified by experimental results.
