摘要 针对功能性沥青路面全面性能的要求,采用多因素正交试验方法,综合考虑沥青混合料矿料类型、沥青类型、级配类型以及填加剂等因素,以高温车辙、低温弯曲蠕变、浸水马歇尔残留稳定度、空隙率、摩擦系数、渗水系数等作为路面性能评价指标,运用极差和方差分析方法,探讨了功能性沥青路面性能影响因素的敏感性,提出了功能性沥青路面材料组成的优化方案. In the light of all-around performance requirements for functional asphalt pavement, the factors that influence performance of asphalt pavement such as aggregate types, asphalt types, grading types and filler material are considered synthetically with the method of multi-factor orthogonal experiment. At the same time, high-temperature rutting, low-temperature bending-creeping, remaining Marshall stability, air voids, friction coefficient and osmotic coefficient are taken into account as value indexes of performance of asphalt pavement. Finally, range and square analysis method are applied to analyze the sensitivity of these factors. The optimized project for materials composition of functional asphalt pavement is pointed out.
