聚苯乙烯/膨胀石墨导电复合材料的电性能与力学性能 被引量:6

摘要 以聚苯乙烯、增塑剂和膨胀石墨为原料,采用直接熔混法制备了增塑聚苯乙烯/膨胀石墨导电复合材料。结果发现,当增塑剂用量较高时,采用聚苯乙烯、增塑剂和膨胀石墨进行直接熔融混合可以得到导电性能优良的导电复合材料。增塑剂用量和膨胀石墨用量对复合材料导电性能的影响都很大,同时影响力学性能。随着增塑剂用量增加,复合材料体积电阻率降低,拉伸强度降低,冲击强度提高。当增塑剂用量为30%时,膨胀石墨用量为10%的复合材料体积电阻率低至6.46×1000·cm。此外,还对直接熔混法和其它制备方法制备的复合材料的导电性能与力学性能进行了比较讨论。 A conductive composite was prepared via direct blending of polystyrene melt, expanded graphite, and plasticizer. The contents of both expanded graphite and plasticizer had effects on electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the composite. With increasing plasticizer content, electrical resistivity and tensile strength of the composite decreased, while impact strength increased. When the content of plasticizer was 30 %, volume resistivity of the composite containing 10 wt% of expanded graphite decreased to 6.46 5〈 10^6Ω. cm. Such properties were also compared with those of composites prepared via other preparing methods.
