摘要
针对薄壁注塑制品不同类型的表观质量问题,综合运用实验设计、CAE分析、反应曲面法(RSM)及方差分析(ANOVA)等理论和技术,建立了"薄壁注塑表观质量控制模型";在传统遗传算法的基础上提出了适当的改进,实现了对薄壁注塑制品成型表观质量的有效预测;结合MATLAB语言及其和VC+ +的接口技术,开发了"薄壁注塑表观质量控制系统";通过实例验证了该系统的可行性及合理性。
In order to improve the appearance of plastic thin wall parts, a surface quality control model was formulated based on CAE, response surface methodology (RSM), analysis of variance method (ANOVA), and design experiences. A reformative genetic algorithm was used for implementing the forecast processing. MATLAB software and the interface technology between the MATLAB and VC+ + was utilized to study the plastic thin wall part surface quality control system. A case result showed that the system was effective and feasible.
